Deliveries

Deliveries are made by UPS Ground or TForce for pallet deliveries. Delivery dates and timefreames are confirmed by freight carrier’s availability. Delivery time windows are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on traffic conditions and stop times. The customer is responsible to provide an accurate shipping address. Once delivery is confirmed, any modifications to the delivery cannot be accepted. If the delivery is attempted and the customer fails to accept delivery, the customer shall assume the extra cost of the failed delivery in addition to the new one. Refused deliveries or items returned due to an incorrect shipping address are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Warehouse Pick ups

Our warehouses do not accept walk-ins. Pick-up dates are based on the warehouse’s availability and must be scheduled at least 2 business days in advanced.

Claims

Please inspect material upon delivery/pick-up. All claims for shortages, damages, and billing errors must be reported within 30 days from delivery date in writing. Claims made after 30 days will not be accepted and the original billing will be assumed correct and valid. Tulip Cooking is not responsible for labor costs incurred during installation of faulty product.

Returns

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without prior authorization. Returns or exchanges are not accepted after 45 day from delivery/pick-up date. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to approved returns. Products must be returned or exchanged in the original packaged (if so, including pallet) and in salable condition. Special orders, final sale items, and custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Storage Fees

Orders stored for 180 days will accrue a storage fee of $250 per month per pallet.
