FULL TWO-YEAR WARRANTY

For two years after the original date of purchase shipment Tulip Cooking, a Tulip Partners LLC brand warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace, under normal residential use, any part of the product which proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. All service provided by Tulip Cooking, a Tulip Partners brand, under the above warranty, must be performed by Tulip Cooking, Tulip Partners Factory Certified Service unless otherwise specified by Tulip Cooking, a Tulip Partners brand. All service to be performed during normal business hours. Tulip Cooking, a Tulip Partners brand will not incur any liability or have responsibility for product located in a remote area more than 75 miles from an authorized service provider. Tulip Cooking, a Tulip Partners brand will pay for parts and labor to the nearest service provider, but the customer will have to make arrangements and pay for travel time and/or any special charges by the service provider. Failure to provide access to product for warranty service voids warranty.

LIMITED FIVE-YEAR WARRANTY

For five years from date of original date of purchase Tulip Cooking, a Tulip Partners LLC brand will repair or replace parts proven to be defective from workmanship. The owner must pay for all labor charges by Tulip Cooking, a Tulip Partners LLC brand service provider. If the owner chooses to use a non-certified service provider the owner must contact Tulip Cooking, a Tulip Partners LLC brand, to receive repair or replacement parts.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The warranty applies only to products installed for normal residential use. The warranty applies to products only installed in the 50 United States of America, the District of Columbia, and Canada. This warranty does not cover parts or labor to correct any defects caused by negligence, accident, improper use, maintenance, repair due to improper installation or service.

THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE FOR EACH WARRANTY ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT TULIP COOKING, a Tulip Partners LLC brand WILL PROVIDE EITHER UNDER THIS WARRANTY OR UNDER ANY WARRANTY ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW. TULIP COOKING LLC WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other legal rights that vary from state to state.
